4.Rotation:
Cast Arcane Blasts and after the 3rd one use Presence of Mind for an instant Arcane Blast, if Missile Barrage proced castArcane Missiles, then use all CD-s (Arcane Power, Miror image, Icy veins, Hyperspeed Accelerator), begin to stack 4Arcane Blast and Arcane Missiles (not stacking more than 4Arcane Blast-but because you will become out of mana). Never stack Power influsion with bloodlust/heroism and Icy veins!
