Stats
The stats have to be balanced as follows - Hit >> Spell power >> Critical Strike Rating >> Haste >> Spirit. Hit cap as every other Caster - 17%, but on encounter with Shadow Priest / Balance Druid is 11% (3% from talents, 3% of Support), in the absence of a representative of these classes (with the corresponding spectrum) requirement rises to 14%. The more Spell power and Crit, more DPS, but the haste must not fall below 1000.

For professions and recommend Tailoring [Engineering] Enchant unique load giving - [Nitro Boosts], [Hyperspeed Accelerators] and [Lightweave Embroidery]. Using these "bonuses" will raise DPS roof.
Race
Most player-and I think that race does not help, but I do not. Racial bonus and the Troll - Berserking helps a lot at home BURST.
Macros
This macro is used to use CDs at the initial BURST just a few clicks of a button.

To be prepared for raid, I recommend to you in the presence of a stack Potion of Speed, Scroll of Spirit VIII, and Flask of Frost Wyrm.

(It is important to make good BURST because it will help greatly in the battle to be in top 5 Damage Done.) Then the cycle Repeat - spam Frostfire bolt, when proc Hot Streak, use instant Pyroblast, and constantly maintain your Scorch on target. When any of the CDs is ready (Icy Veins, Hyperspeed Accelerators, Combustion, Berserking)use it and continue in an already familiar cycle.
