In many of the cases have to ignore the equipment bonuses because they are so terrible.

One correction.

If you have tier 10 two piece set bonus, you place Divine Storm in front of judgement on priority, after you have a judgement already on your target.

Always open with Judgement. If you have 2xt10, the opening rotation should be: Judgement>Divine Storm>Hammer of Wrath>Crusader Strike>Exorcism>Consecration>Holy Wrath. After the Judgement effect is on the boss, Divine Storm takes priority on Judgement.
