The conditions of admission of new member are clarified in the "Applications" to the forum. Warmly greet new members to enter more quickly to the team.

    1. No trolling/bashing other guild members.

    2. Trials must meet the requirements, or will end up being removed.

    3. Inactives/offline for more than 6 days without telling an officer or putting in note will be kicked.

Remember we are all here to play the game for ourselves & not for others.
    This means
Do Not Expect things from other members.
    - Don't beg members for items, gold or boost's.
    - Don't pressure other members into doing things with you.
You can ask for help and you will find many guild members who will help you
but do not expect them to(-) because they are not here to play the game for you.

If you have any serious concerns or problems with the guild or any of its members then please speak to the Guild Leader or a guild Captain or Officer about it.

    Guild Chat :

    • Be polite to other members & don't be shy to help each other out, use guild chat for trading crafting socialising & making groups.

    • Keep bad language to a minimum during the day & early evening.

    • SPAM? Spam only if you need to & Please do not make 'useless spam' in the guild chat. Try to keep spam to a minimum. If you are looking for people to join your group, help you quest or craft you something- then check the guild roster in game to see who is online.

    • Remember people are busy playing the game & busy in real life so if you do not get an answer straight away, try not to get frustrated by it.

    System for removal of rank:

Ranks are raising / lowering the discretion of officers in the guild merit, contribution to the PvE, perseverance, etc.
You can also take up the rank and any event or successful raid of a very difficult Instance (chance is small, but not impossible).
Higher Ranks earn over time in the raid instance when you demonstrate that you're good, decent player. Each rank carries with it the responsibility.
We each take deserved place in the hierarchy of the guild. Showed a good game will be rewarded with promotions and new privileges.

Description of the ranking system in 'Its just a fleshwound' from the lowest to the highest in the hierarchy:

Trial - As a Trial, simply being active and seen in Raids or BGs you will get promoted.
    Member - New Guild Members
Alts - New members & core alts
Core - Regularly attending guild raids, this is the core of players in the guild.
Guardian - Guardians are people with great contribution to the guild - regular players who show respect and loyalty to the guild members. Providing the necessary assistance and actively participate in guild raids.
Raid Leader - Requirement to get rank Raid Leader you may be proved by time spent with us as a quality and a regular player. We need to spend some time together, so we believe in leadership qualities. To be a Raid Leader, you should definitely have them. You are one of the leaders in each raid.
Bloodlord - These are the people who stand closest to our Guild Master. They are units and basically act as the Guild Master, when he is gone. They make management decisions and help lead the guild.
Guild Master - This is the man responsible for the entire guild and its progress in the World of Warcraft.
